It has really been feeling like summer the past few days – which is amazing and so welcomed after the long, cold winter here in WI. I’ve been slowly transitioning out my winter wardrobe for lighter, more flowy materials and since I’m still less than three months postpartum, I need clothes that I can feel confident in (aka: hide the tummy!) 🙂
One thing that didn’t change during pregnancy was my shoe-size – and these tie-up gladiator style sandals from Target are trendy and easy going. I’ve paired them with jeans, maxi-skirts and dresses. The neutral color goes with everything, and the price can’t be beat.
Next up – a white denim jacket is super versatile and fresh looking. This was a bit of a splurge piece for me, but I’ve worn it so many times I’ve lost track. It’s by Liverpool Jeans Company, and I found it at this adorble boutique in downtown Delafield called The Barn Owl a few years ago. Mine has this great detail on the shoulders, and is stretchy like cotton with the look of denim. What are your go-to summer essentials?!
