Hey friends, I hope your week is moving along happily. I’ve been on a small hiatus from the blog due to tons of stuff going on over here. First of all, this past weekend was filled with my best friend’s wedding festivities. If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve seen pictures of me with the most beautiful bride, my friend Steph. She and her love were married at a gorgeous location, and the few days we spent were filled with lots of laughs and love. Unfortunately, my whole family was still battling one form or another of sickness. It’s incredibly hard to balance happiness and feeling like absolute shit at the same time, but somehow we pulled through.
Sunday we headed home and cleaned, sanitized and washed sheets until we were exhausted – in hopes of starting the week off on the right healthy foot. Luckily, we’re all seemingly on the mend and are looking forward to getting a little routine back in our lives. You know when you have a lot of events going on and life is so fun and exciting, but it all sort of starts to spin around you? That’s exactly how I’ve been feeling for the past two months. It’s very crazy to believe that next week is already November, but I am welcoming the month with open arms and lots of plans of hibernation and rejuvenation. Time to get back on track with health, exercise, organization and buckle down on spending.
