Hi! I’m Martha, and welcome to my little experiment… I’m a very happy wife living in Southeastern Wisconsin, mom to a spirited 2 year old boy , and most importantly – someone just trying to stay true to herself through it all.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in April of 2018, and like much of my life – I plan to share my journey here. I have learned so much about life, people and myself through this my diagnosis and it’s changed me for the better.
This blog is meant to be a place to share, empower, occasionally gripe, and keep myself grounded. I love laughter, wine (mostly of the boxed variety) and people who don’t take themselves too seriously. My husband Casey is my love, my rock and my balance. My son Dane is the literal light of my life and makes my world turn. I’m just a girl trying to make it in this crazy world.
